WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR US?
Our future is linked in large part to many of the things we do, because depending on what we sow that we reap. Some other things that happen that seem to occur by chance are really the hand of God working in our lives and even when we do not realize He is in control, so we can put our trust in Him because He cares for us.
God help us through our weaknesses and suffering, He puts his powerful hand to heal illness and disease; He knows our past, present and future and has designed an eternal future for everyone who believes in Him and opens his heart to Him, acknowledging Him as their Savior.
We started this new year, visiting several areas in the Pediatric Hospital, where in company of Lic. Anayansi from the Department of Social Work, we carried this message of hope in Christ and shared fliers and the booklet “The Future”. 150 people were reached with this message .
We pray for the children that time were in the operating room and intensive care that God put his healing hand on them and strengthen the faith of their parents.

FOLLOW UP MEETING IN OUTPATIENTS AREA AND IN THE PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL
On January 18 we met with Lic. Reinelda de Palacios, head of the Department of Social Work at the Hospital of Pediatrics in order to propose a work to develop a follow up process to children who are patients and their parents who accompany them during their treatments.
In this regard we agree to develop a schedule of psycho-spiritual care for parents and children who are patients in which we will give teachings on the Bible, God’s love and care at all times, using bible study the book “History of Creation.” For its part, the area of social work will present lectures on hygiene and body care.
Similarly, we’ll develop with parents the study the “Bible and Prayer” to help them strengthen their faith and to trust that even in the midst of the disease are not alone. We thank God that has opened doors for us to follow up and nurture their word to these children and their parents who need to feel the comfort and hope to help them cope with difficult it is to live with diseases.

WORKSHOP FOR TEENS
In this new year, the Lord allowed us to start with energy. As for invitation from the Department of Social Work and Mr. Jorge Lasso as coordinator link to Don Alejandro de La Guardia Polyclinic of the Social Security Fund, and graduate students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, the ministry shared to 32 young people the message of salvation in Christ as the only way to keep away from behaviors that endanger their spiritual life.
The seminar was entitled “Preventive Health Education for Adolescents” and the goal was to inform young people influence or factors leading to teen gang formation.
No doubt the grace of the Lord was with us during the seminar and the participants could understand the importance of faith in Jesus Christ has for their lives and to be salt that gives flavor and preserves the human being from the corruption of their souls and light that shines in the darkness to glorify the Father through the Christian witness.
We thank God for this great opportunity you gave us to sow the seed of his kingdom among young people.

SEMINAR “DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE”
The seminar “Dealing with difficult people” was a challenge that the Lord launched to us through this invitation. Mr. Jorge Lasso invited the ministry to share this material to the staff of the Don Alejandro de La Guardia Polyclinic of the Social Security Fund. Through the teaching of Holy Scripture we communicated the need to live a divine mandate of living in love. The call of the Apostles Paul and Peter, served as reference for us to invite the audience to bear with each other for the love of Christ our Lord.
Again, with the light given by the Lord in His Word, allowed us to advertise your message in the words of the Prophet Isaiah never returns void.
